Important Notice Regarding DBE and ACDBE Status
As of October 3, 2025, the U.S. Department of Transportation issued an Interim Final Rule that requires all existing DBE and ACDBE certifications to be re-evaluated. Certifications appearing in this directory are currently under review and may not be used to meet contract goals or counted for compliance purposes until re-evaluation is complete.
NOTE: This online directory lists firms certified by The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Please ensure Certification status of firm is current for firms that appear in the certified directory and that they are approved to be utilized toward meeting established contract goals in their displayed certification type(s).Firms that are noted as suspended cannot be utilized for-credit in new contracts until the suspension is removed. If you want to obtain information for multiple certified firms types be sure to select all desired types. For example, to identify all MWBE, MBE and WBE firms, be sure to select MWBE, MBE and WBE.
